Wake-up Alarm Clock

Looking for one of those wake-up light/alarm/lamps for a decent price. It's a gift and I'm looking to spend about 50-60 bucks maximum.

I use a cat. You can pick them up free on gumtree, but there are maintenance costs involved. Totally worth it though.
