Speakers Equivalent Edifier s2000pro?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a decent speakers for TV at living room and I thought Black friday could be a good option for it.
Edifier S2000pro was in my mind, but the price was gone up to $499 with stand which I don't need and now even higher than before (was around $438 at Edifier official site)
I researched everywhere and the cheapest way is 5% cashback + Zippay 10% cashback combo at Amazon $468 makes around $399.
Not too bad but was expecting more.
Question now.
Is there any speakers has similar specs and lower price during the black friday season?
If not, I would just buy s2000pro.
Thanks in advance.

Edit.

I kept looking at ozb and sb amazon 20% cashback popped up. I got s2000pro with it. Thanks everyone.

  • $416 Shipped here and here looks to be about the best besides your scenario

    • Yup. That could be the option if there was increased cashback from CW or SB but unfortunately not, so still Amazon has better price (I don't like Zip pay tho)

      • Depends if you want the cheapest now, or cheapest overall. $416 would be cheapest now, your scenario requires cashback to deal with later

        • Correct. 2 different cashbacks. That's the one of the reasons why I might think about another speakers with better deals. Thanks for your help. If I don't get any then I might just go for s2000pro.

    • Yup. This speakers seems great. It's now one of options. Cheers.

      • I have them & I don't regret getting them at all

        • Sorry to dig up an old thread. Do you use them for you tv?

          • @onlinepred: no, I use them for my PC.

            I use a Yamaha AX-592 amp
            a pair of Polk S60's
and a pair of Definitive Technology BP-2006 speakers

I don't have close neighbours, so I have the volume up :)

            • @the Unforgiven: No centre channel?

              • @onlinepred: That is an old style amp
Speaker output L & R front & back, that is all
The Polks go down to 26 and the BP2006 have a 250W sub woofer built into them
I cranked it up last night, and I am still grinning :p
