I have to get 10 giftcards for my Melbourne company for our Xmas party. Each worth $100 each.

Wondering if there are any ways to get them cheaper if I am going to spend $1000. Has to be physical gift cards.

Why are you looking for a discount for a company expense; that would just reduce the tax benefit of the purchase / expenditure.
Best you'll find is 5% or so, but they'll be e-gift cards. Physical is obviously much better.
Just go into Coles and grab them on the company credit card and get the points…

Check your company policies first. They often cover gaining personal benefit from company expenses.

Also depends on the type of giftcard, as some have regular 10-20% off sales at Coles, etc.
