  It just hit 5pm and the line is huge. Starting from Aqua S, the line has gone past Hanaichi and nearly at PappaRich. Got here at 4.40 and I suspect I’m number 50-70.

    I just got off work and my friend in line since 437 says it has barely moved. Jesus Christ this is insane for just an ice cream.

      Never underestimate the power of free! The line has moved slowly now, but given that these cones can’t really be made in advance, it’s going to be a slow line! At 5.20, the line is going to Sushi Jiro now.

        Jesus. I'm omw to get the gami instead was going to try for aqua s but once I heard the line I gave up. Im suprised the line for ice cream is this long I only waited 20 minutes for a bowl from fishbowl last Friday which was much better value.

          Popularity of these giveaways depend on how well it’s been promoted (big QV advertising budget and following) and location (Qv is central and would also have many passerbys).
