I received a notification from the Aus Venue Co. app a couple days ago saying there was a free pint of beer waiting for me in the app.

It appeared in one of the promo tiles on the app homepage.

Looks like it might be limited to The Smith since the tile appears in that venue's homepage, but when I saved the offer, it seems I am able to redeem it at other venues.

So might be worth selecting The Smith in the app, and then saving the offer to redeem at another pub closer to you.
Update: this worked for me

    I think it's targetted as I haven't received anything. Although they do send me promos from time to time. Is there a promo code? Sometimes these are generic.

      No, there wasn't a promo code. If it makes a difference, the tile appeared under The Smith's (Prahran, VIC) homepage in the app. I have visited The Smith once before, so maybe that's it. But the saved offer is valid anywhere, which is why I was unsure…

    Confirmed, only available at The Smith (VIC). Beer brand is Urban Ale and is available until December 31st 2019.

      Yes, I just redeemed it at another venue and they let me choose any beer on tap 🙌

    I'm assuming this Urban Ale is the one made by Urban Alley Brewery in docklands. It's what's on The Smith's beer menu at least.
