Looking to upgrade my Dell precision 690 workstation they take special ram.

DDR2 PC2-5300 667Mhz ECC Fully Buffered

The cheapest one I can locate is around $158 including posting new one

. I really dont mind if they are new or refurb.. any one aware of any bargain.. I am looking for around 4GB - 22 or 41

    Which part of the spec is difficult? ECC? Buffered?

        well just now check there are couple of them on ebay but they are around $160 ::( so no bargain

        How do you mean matching the pins? All DDR2 have the same pinout.

        Just keep an eye on ebay, staticice & Gumtree for buffered DDR2, that would be my only suggestion! ;)

      Looks good. I've never been charged any taxes or duties on these kinds of things, I think it's only over $1k they start charging; you should be fine cisco! :)
