We bought a demonstrator Mitsubishi Outlander in June 2019. Within one month of buying the car in July we saw a windscreen crack which steadily expanded so had it replaced at O'briens glass paying insurance excess. Last month again a small crack occured on the new windscreen. Having owned cars for the last 20 years I have never had a windscreen crack, but now 2 on 2 brand new windscreens in 6 months. Should I take this up with Mitsubishi as it could be that this windscreen is not tough enough?, noting however that I didnt go to them on the first claim but got it replaced with insurance?. or should I claim warranty from O'briens? Thanks for your opinions.
