Gold carwash is my preferred carwash day or night. It's up near Alexandria so a bit far out from you but it's 24/7, and they even have decent food options (surprisingly the chips are really good). Pricing isn't bad, and if it's quiet you can try to negotiate $5-$10 off depending what you're getting.
It's pretty popular so don't be surprised if there's still a few (exotic) cars even at 1am or 2am on a rainy night, and try to beat the taxis which come at 2am-3am usually.
Do they give you free swirls/scratches?
I haven’t had any issues with them. YMMV.
