probably the best game on ipad. now how does angry birds beat this. let me see… there are millions of losers in the world and losers buy crap apps.
Coz Angry Birds is overal cheaper than GTA:CW most of the time! I think price is the main issue here…
Is this the same version as the one from the DS?
I would be pissed if it was, or I would be worried if $50 DS games can be had for $3 for the ipad etc.

Yes, it's the same as the DS and PSP version, but it has slightly better graphics than the DS version, and slightly worse graphics than the PSP version.

Wanted the app to upgrade into retina display, however the company isn't keen to work on it any further because it's not making the company much money to do so! I think I read the article a while back in Toucharcade.com. Quite disappointed by the designer's comment =(
Such a great game, such ashame they are not improving it!
To be honest, despite the technical lower quality of the DS version's graphics, I much prefer the cel-shaded look it has. I have no idea why they ditched that for PSP and iOS ports, it really suited the game, and the cel-shaded style combined with the higher graphical power offered by the PSP/iPhone/iPad would have looked amazing.
Regardless, this is easily one of the best games on the DS, and assuming there are no major issues with this port, I would assume it's one of the best iOS games as well.
