We’re thinking about buying Minecraft for our oldest son for Christmas. My question is has anyone seen any discounts on the $10.99 for iOS? Seems pretty high to me as we don't pay for games and you can't play a free trial to see if he likes it, other than blockcraft which is very basic in comparison I gather. We already have iTunes gift cards loaded at 20% off so is there anything else out there? TIA

Minecraft earth is out in aus. I know cos my kids downloaded it on my phone already lol
You could have him try the free demos for PC/Mac, Xbox, or PS.
