Hi guys,

at JB they have Telstra variant model of the Samsung galaxy S10. is it unlocked.

what I want to know is there much difference to a regular S10?

It says in the ad it's unlocked.

With Samsung, in my experience, the telco variants have telco specific apps installed and the boot screen has their logo. Generally they also receive most updates slower since it needs to go through telco specific versioning and testing. If you're so incline, generally you can flash it with the generic version of the phone's software relatively easily.
