I have a 10 day trip coming up primarily in Siem Reap/Hanoi but a day stopover in both Manila and KL. Any suggestions for a sim card? Due to being so many countries I am thinking it could be difficult to arrange one that covers all so maybe I should just try to cover Cambdodia/Vietnam? But even with a full day in KL it would be useful to have a sim card to use Grab.

I could do this. I'd have to buy both packs and then still wouldn't have access for Vietnam.
If you were with Vodafone, as an example, you could activate global roaming to all of those countries for $5 day.
For a 10-day trip, I would probably have done that (if I needed the cover that much).Or you could find free wifi sites and utilise those in lieu of mobile data.

a 1 day sim card for MNL and KUL is probably going to be a bit of a waste of money, but if you need it, then you need it.I haven't used this one - but if your data requirement isn't huge it might work - seems to be valid for all your destinations
