Anyone else peeved that Amazon has now put up minimum buys across almost all it's pantry range? Is it them flexing their muscle knowing that their customer base has grown? Or is it because postage is expensive and they probably were losing a lot of money? Either way, i just don't think it will work here because we don't generally tend to stock up as much as what the American's do. Your Thoughts?

Well it has resulted in me ordering less pantry related items. Sometimes I would like a variety of things, and not 3 x of the one flavour cereal, or 3 x 10cans of one Kirks soft drink (no way we would drink that much).
Sure postage is a cost, but argued against the leasing costs of multiple Woolworths and Coles stores, distribution, storage, multiple handling of goods, shop spoilage, electricity, cleaning, security, store refurbs etc etc. I'd say postage is relatively cheap.
It sucks. I definitely wont be placing as many orders now. I think they should keep it to no minimum for Prime members at least. And they need to ditch Fastway.
