Don't think you can use the vouchers online, has to be instore.

This card is redeemable for purchases at Sunglass Hut in Australia only (excluding Sunglass Hut concessionaires in Myer stores and Online)

How ridiculous… So much for a bloody 'eGift Card'.

      • Thanks for that. Always with the fine print!

Not sure if relevant but I replaced the scratched up lenses from a company in Sydney and they are by far the best lenses I've had in any glasses

I believe these were the guys

    https://www.thesunglassfix.com.au/

I replaced optics in some Dragon and some Smith's. The clearest optics I think I've had, better than factory

Definitely an option if you have a pair that are banged up but the frames are good

    • thanks for the link. Very helpful

    • How you rate them compared to Oakley lenses?

  • ha now i have to contact the iconic and cancel my other order, please nobody post any more discount sunnies

I get "FP3 temporarily not available"

      • I get the following for FP4:

Promotion "AU_FAF40_FP4_40%OFF_ZC66_Q4_2019-726499463" is temporarily not available at this time.

      • That F&F promotion actually finished on the 3rd November.
With the "Spend over $200 get $50 off" promo at the time I managed to get a pair of polarised Ray-Band for about $157 down from $265

Can anyone recommend some decent inexpensive men's sunnies (no more than $50)?

    • -7

Nope but I can recommend William Painter for sunglasses made out of metal and glass that come with a lifetime warranty.

All Luxottica crap is designed to last less than 12 months.

        (no more than $50)

it's cute that you're shilling for them, but the cheapest william painter model is $135 USD plus $19.95 shipping from the US.

not to mention the numerous reviews that complain they're made in China while charging more than some luxottica brands. a lifetime warranty (where you still have to cover shipping costs to send it to them) is the very least of what they ought to offer.

p.s. my ray ban 2132 new wayfarers have lasted 1 year 1 month and counting with just a few little scratches and chips from me dropping them on the ground.

Strongly recommend Knockarounds. Their polarised line is legit and lasts as long as you dont lose them. I usually buy multiple given how cheap they are! They have good sales on American shopping days such as Black Friday which is on 29/11 this year.

      • Do you mean www.knockaround.com or something else? That site has photos of men but doesn't seem to have a men's section - and everything I saw looks feminine.

Look up the sunnies that Decathlon has.
Really high quality all with under $50 as far as I remember.

      • Agree. Decathlon has polarised ones for around $40. Really light weight, durable, and 2 year warranty. I have 3 of them.

    • Cancer council. They're polarised too.

  • Hmm, sunnies that I want are displayed as $384 in search, but are $480 when I go to buy them.

  • Order canceled and refunded, dogs

    • what did you order my sunnies on there way from china, i thought this site was AU based like sunglasses hut stores will be making sure the serial number matches when i get them.
