Looking for personal recommendations for any law firms in Brisbane which do conveyancing at a reasonable price.

I had a very good experience with Hayley Bender from By The Rules Conceyancing. Normally people in the field work on the hour or it’s just a churn game and they don’t spend too much time on the quality of service.

This particular Conveyancer was incredibly thorough and identified a few key clauses in my contract which were unfavourable, which other agents in the field failed to identify - she had a very keen eye to detail and above all else remained in constant communication.

Selling or buying? Off the plan purchase? Is any party trying to get out of the contract or is it straightforward? The right person for the job depends on the circumstances.

    Fantastic - congrats. You should be right with almost any conveyancer then. The ones that do the most volume should have the best systems. I would pick one of those.
