  So I have a pair of Kogan wireless noise cancelling headphones which I’ve been very impressed with. Paid less than $100. Can someone explain to me how I would get a $400 better experience with these Bose?

    $400 bucks worth might be a stretch. However, I tried a pair this week on the side of a 100km/hr highway. they were really impressive. I do already own 'in-ear' pioneer cancelling head phones which I previously thought were great, but these did a much better job of removing ambient noises. YMMV. I'll go buy a pair :)
