You won't find international flights for less than $900 pp over that time period.
Driving up or down the coast and renting a house would probably be your best bet.

Domestic even will be a multiple of already expansive prices.
flights + accomodation is going to cost you a bucketload
It is normally not worth traveling overseas for only 3-4 nights anyway.
