To be clear this includes a 12 month Switch Online pass worth $30 , so the game itself is quite cheap.
And I believe it includes paid DLC in this purchase.
Which, if you buy in game I $15. Meaning you are paying full price for a 12 month Nintendo Online pass, and paying $8 for the DLC instead of $15.

You won't be able to play the onlin Battle Royale mode, but you'll be able to play regular Tetris and, I believe, an offline battle Royale mode against bots
Online only. The offline modes v bots etc are in the DLC.
