Hi,
I am monitoring this phone for a while as well.
To my understanding, there is no Global VERSION of Redmi Note Pro.
It is either Chinese version or Global ROM is selling.
- Chinese version: English & Chinese only. Can flash Global ROM if you are comfortable to do so. The phone box seal is untouched.
- Global ROM: seller opens the Chinese version box, flash the Global ROM then repackage and sell to you.
Your example link is Global ROM phone, NOT Global VERSION.
I know it confuses buyers sometimes, so take notes.

There is an item on Mi Global seller that on sale on 11/11 and you will get $12 off for Chinese version or $18 off for Global Rom plus any other coupons you may have.
