Block Caller Calls but Not Messages? Android

Searching and searching for an app to do this. When I block the contact it blocks everything, no option to only block the calls.

Have you used Mr Number?

Mr. Number, on both iPhone and Android, does not block text messages from numbers you block.

  Nope no option to allow messages uninstalled
