Has anyone heard of http://www.cashbackshopper.com.au or used it? I found them when I was searching cashbacks for Scorptec and their rate seems higher (2.5%) than Cashrewards and Shopback. Maybe the usual applies if it seems to good to be true then it is? They seem to have 'sister' websites overseas like in the UK but not sure if it's the same company and if they are to be trusted.

Just a sole trader setup, I personally wouldn't bother. At least with companies like Cashrewards, you know we have an active rep to help with issues

Any cashback sites can close down at any time and retain your cashback amounts. Only use high reputation ones that ozbargainers all use.

How much is Scorptec paying to affiliates? I think it's about 1% so Cashrewards and Shopback rate of 0.70% is about right. Perhaps Cashbackshopper is subsidizing to gain momentum.
Think of it this way… if you want to advertise your business on search engines, you might end up paying $5 per click. Instead of paying search engines, perhaps they think it's better to increase their cashback rates to beat their competition even if they lose money.
If they increase their cashback by 1% across the board, people would have to order goods for $100,000 and it will cost them only $1,000. That's very little marketing expense to gain a lot of users.
