I had a look at some shorts. The steel blue ones were $6.95 but when I selected another colour the price jumped to $35.
My elderly father went to a doctor's surgery on Monday and as he walked to the receptionist his Rivers shoe gradually disintegrated leaving a trail of wreckage . Only one of them. The other one looks brand new.

Received email saying the item was shipped to my selected store… So far so good…
A week goes by, nothing.. 2 weeks, still nothing.. No further emails, so I then called the store, they said they have my electronic order but no physical items had arrived…
Another 2 weeks go by, so i request a refund…
WHAT A RIGMAROLE they put you through, call centre is OS & terrible at communication, the girl said she would return my call soon as the 'system was down'… No callback ever happened!!
Luckily i paid via Paypal & simply put a paypal claim in, got refund next day from Paypal…
BUYER BEWARE!!!…

I won't personally ever buy from Rivers again - YMMV…
If we buy online, can the items be returned to a physical store for a refund?
