  The cashback amount should be ex GST , $595-$119= $476/1.1 = $432.73*.2 = $86.55

    RM store uses AU size guide, and so does the Iconic store.
    Just be wary where it says comfort wide, that means H width, where just says comforts then that is G width.

    just don't pick a "wide fit" pair. iconic doesn't stock extra wide, narrow or extra narrow
    ie. if you don't pick a "wide fit" pair, you are picking a "regular" pair (or a "G")

        I think what he is trying to say is if the title on iconic says "comfort craftsman" then its a width size of G, if the title says "comfort craftsman wide" then it is a width size of H.
