No, it's a Birth to 4year old convertible seat. I prefer capsules for a newborn.
Currently have a Graphene and it's a great seat. Tempted to buy a second for our other car now.

You really need to go look at them and make sure they will fit in your car.
I was going for the Nuna Pipa Klik til I found it literally didn't fit in our car as it's way longer than most.
Ended up with the Joie i-Gemm which served us well. Now in the Graphene.
Agree with nafe, we went Joie i-Gemm after being recommended by friends, local baby store and the car seat installer mentioned to us again when he was installing the capsule that these are the best capsules the market. We have been very happy with it.

Has anyone received the dispatched email?
Baby & Toddler Town eBay saying they are out of stock for 2-3 weeks. After reading the store reviews online, I doubt they would have any within 3 weeks. Also this store is banned on OzBargain for Sockpuppeting.
Should I wait or get a refund?
I waited a while for mine when I purchased via their website earlier in the year. Was about 3 weeks or so. But I wasn't in a rush so it didn't bother me.
I just received a email saying the store is closing and gone into liquidation. All outstanding orders will not be fulfilled. :(

I got a refund after a week as they did not have stock at the time. You may raise a dispute with Paypal if the store is not responding.
