  • Quick question for a noob if you would.

Which Powerbank do I need to charge a switch and play in hand-held at the same time?

    Is it possible.

Atm I just got a standard xiaomi 10,000 2 port Powerbank

Look for a powerbank that has "USB-C PD" (USB-C Power Delivery)

    • +1

I reckon you should get the Xiaomi Power Bank 3 Pro 20000mAh 45W QC3.0 PD USB-C , it has more juice and power delivery too.

      • Thanks peeps.
I'll keep my eyes peeled for black Friday

        • +1

Just for my information, why wait till black Friday? Are there chances of getting a better deal than this current one?

          • +3

@AliKay: Not sure, I don't need it yet so I'm making a list of stuff I want.

            Then see how we go.

This looks a good deal if you need it now

Got both banks myself but zmis quality is far better than xiaomis, Not to mention the USB hub feature it has over the xiaomi`s. I'm quiet happy with 15000mah and the size of the Zmi which makes it more pocket friendly, previously bought xiaomi as they are cheaper than Zmi but now at this price, wouldn't hesitate at all. Thanks for sharing OP.

        +1 for the ZMI!

Unless you really need the 20k (longhaul flight or something), I would get the 15k ZMI. (I prefer ZMI build and aesthetics anyway!)

I have a 20k and a 10k, which is a great combo. But if I had to pick just one, I would stick with 10-15k - the 20k is just so bulky that I prefer to use a more pocketable size (and my 20k is a ZMI, which is much more compact than the Xiaomi!).

I say go for the ZMI, unless you just want the maximum amount of battery life (the Xiaomi are great value!).

  • They beat Gearbite's price, which I bought yesterday…

Will this charge the Note 10 with 25W at the least?

  • An I'm missing something I can't find PD anywhere on the eBay auction?

    • First option in the dropdown

      • Yeah Na, it might say it somewhere else i.e the OEM website, still can't see PD in the eBay advert.

The ZMI is 18W not 45W

  • Can I get 12V 3A out of the USBC connector with this powerbank?

  • Would this be able to charge a macbook

  • I just received mine from Gearbite, and it came with 3 lights out of 4, so somewhere around 75% charge.

I plugged in my 65W charger and now there's only 2 lights… instead of charging the power bank, it is discharging it.. what the hell?

    • Update: It doesn't like my 65W Dell charger. I had the same problem with the ROMOSS 20,000 mAh PD 2.0 18W power bank.

      I am using a Blitzwolf SW-11 or whatever it's called. The one with a USB-A and a Type-C PD 2.0 @ 18W.

This one charges the power bank but obviously a lot slower than 65W would have done.

I have since used the power bank to charge my Dell XPS 13 which charges at 45W. The laptop detects a 40W charger and complains that it isn't good enough and I should use the original, but it will still charge just fine.

  • How would something like this handle charging a lenovo e490s? It uses a 65w fast charger but 45 watts should be enough

  • Has anyone received their order? How long does it usually taken to get delivered?

    • I received my ZMI probably a week ago. I ordered it on the 20th.
