Something like this :D Looks comfy. And has a head rest

Aww you specified max 150.

The Zody chair by Haworth is amazing - an 8-10 hour day feels like about 3-5 when sitting in one of these. Pricey though :(

I hate to post something more than double your price range ($359) but I have one of these "Aeron inspired" chairs from Grays-online and it's fantastic. Not as good as an Aeron, but significantly better than most imitations.

We have this chair that we sell allot of. Its very comfortable and 100% full Italian grain leather, not that PU rubbish that everyone tries to knock off as leather. PU isnt a leather it is plastic synthetic. I know its out of your price range but its a great chair. Come down to Wetherill Park and try it before you buy. The price will be much cheaper for a fellow ozbargainer.

    We would be happy to sell it to fellow ozbargainers for $299 (was $399 last week). So thats $50 off our current list price. We also just extended our warranty to 2 years.
