My friend is leaving for overseas soon and I want to get him something nice before he leaves. I was thinking a switch or a bose qc35 or airpods. Any other suggestions? Also if there are any deals for said items that would be great appreciated. Thanks :)

It really depends on what section of tech he likes.
Does he already have good ear/headphones?Does he need a tablet/ipad of sorts?
Actually something that just came to mind, a bluetooth speaker.
I bought a JBL Charge 3 two years ago and I use it at least 5-6 days a week for periods varying from 15 minutes to 1-3 hours and absolutely love it.
Sound quality is clear and bass is great for it's size and battery life lasts for ages, heaps of mates have complimented it.It's been replaced with the Charge 4 now but yeah I can't imagine that would be inferior to the 3.

first of all, is he flying by himself or with others? If he's flying with others, i would get the switch. If he's flying by himself, i would get the qc35's
