What makes your product better than lets say bulk nutrients who have incredible value for money?
Well, we sell commercial brands sold throughout the world, Titan is a brand built on all Products been Gluten Free, Soy Free and Amazing taste. But overall we sell allot of BSN, Optimum Nutrition who are owned by Glanbia who is the 2nd largest cheese manufacturer in the world so they own the cow that makes the milk that the whey is extracted from after cheese manufacturing. These brands are True Vertically Integrated brands and products making them superior in Quality and is why they are the worlds largest brands built on Quality.
This reminds me of the cottees cordial advert from the 90's. "My dad picks the fruit, that makes the cordial, that I like best"
Cheers!
If they were truly going for quality, they'd drop the usage of Sucralose and Ace K and instead use Stevia or Xylitol.
But that would hurt their profits too much.
Not directed at you OP, but rather these "Big Brands" you are referring to.
Hi, yes well agree on the Sweeteners but the one thing these big brands do have that the smaller brands don't is they get tested for label claims, so your getting what you're paying for. In the case of smaller brands, they get away with saying there for example 90% protein when in fact a WPI cannot be 90% protein if it's flavoured as most proteins require 8-10% Flavours /Sweeteners, so if a Raw like WPI comes at 90% how is it possible for it to yield 90% protein after flavoured and added sweeteners !
That's one really big reason why larger brands like Optimum and BSN are trustworthy because of the label claims are TRUE, small brands don't even get tested allot of the time and food standards in Australia don't have the resources to test randomly ( independently).
SO yes I agree on the Sweeteners 100% but the Label claim on smaller brands to the actual Truth is something to be questioned that people seem to overlook .
Value for Money is Important, but also in Quality, not all Protein is of the same quality and digestibility is important and especially with Whey products making sure you take a high-quality whey that is not denatured is important as denatured Whey is very poorly assimilated meaning you don't and cannot absorb the protein so While some brands may be cheap , are you actually absorbing the protein properly ?
Saving $20 isn't a bargain…. anything less than 40% shouldn't be considered a bargain
For a 2lb tub of whey concentrate protein and a pre-workout this isn't a deal for me. $79 for 2.27kg of ON on Amazon is better value for whey. Better still around $70 for 2.5kg of Whey isolate on MyProtein.
Hi, mate its not a 2lb Tub of WPC? Plus added 30 serve Fatburner 30 serve all for $90 delivered
Hi, mate its not a 2lb Tub of WPC
That is exactly what it is.
Main protein content is WPC (then milk protein, etc) and at 72% protein content it could never be anything better.
2lbs = ~907g
Whey Protein Concentrate + Milk Protein Isolate 2lb + 30 Serve Fat Burner Powder
@[Deactivated]: It's got f'all Isolate if it's only 72% protein content. I know there's some fatburner also (read my comment where I state that). The fat burner is a glorified caffeine supplement with some additional ingredients that do feck all. Anything actually effective has been banned at this stage.
