It comes with a 3.5mm cable so there's nothing stopping it from working on any device that has the port.

Correct, the original Xbox One controllers didn't have the 3.5mm jack. I still have 2 of them but don't use the Xbox enough to warrant replacing the controllers :/
Works with the PC, for sure. Comes with a bluetooth USB, so plug that in, and it will be working in seconds. Xbox I can't say, but with a phone you'll need to use the 3.5mm jack.

I bought this one for $59. it's NOT 7.1, it's just 2.0 with stimulated virtual sound in some preset games, not apply to everything else
That's a bit useless. I've been looking for a legit 7.1 headset for both my xbox and ps4 for a while. All of them seem to be simulated 7.1.
Probably could seek the FN code for $20-40
