Has anyone experienced porting in or out from Vodafone to Kogan vice versa ? What i'm trying to get at is do Kogan and Vodafone treated as a same network provider?

Yes - Kogan uses the Vodafone network.
If you were wanting to port from Vodafone to Kogan (or vice versa) you are better off porting to a cheap (or free) Optus/Telstra sim so that the ports are instant or within a few hours.
From experience, porting from Virgin Mobile to Optus took 2 weeks, not sure if it's the same as Vodafone to Kogan. It could be instant or it could take ages.Edit: Refer to above, only just saw that after posting

but if Vodafone and Kogan is the same, meaning that that port to a cheap Optus/Telstra will need to stay in that network for at least 30 days … as Kogan has that 30 days rule, right?
I think I may have misunderstood your original question: I think you are asking what will happen if you port from Kogan to Voda in January (for example purposes). But in Feb you decide to port back to Kogan from Voda and so on.
What 30 day rule? Are you referring to the jb hifi telstra deal requiring people to not be on a telstra network for 30 days before porting?
If so, that's just for that telstra jb hifi promotion.

I have ported from Vodafone to Kogan and then back to Vodafone. I have seen it mentioned that you need to wait over 30 days before you can port back to Kogan from Vodafone so if you can pick up the $40 starter packs for Vodafone when they’re on sale they work out better because they have a 35 day cycle. I’ve also ported from Telstra to Belong then back to Telstra. I have had trouble porting from Optus to Amaysim though.
have a rotation that changes carrier with each port. every time you port there is a small risk. doing a sp transfer increases the risk significantly
