If you checkout the t&c's from that promotion. It ended on the 30th June and cashbacks are expected to arrive between 4-6 weeks AFTER that date. Amex cardholders get their cashback via credit on their card. Others holding an Amex card from an associated bank (CBA etc) get it in the form of cheque/money order/something like that in the mail. Looks like we've still got a few more weeks to wait before they start arriving :)

my movie tickets too at least 6 weeks!I participated in the coles express voucher promo through amex. Took about 4 weeks to arrive - got it by registered post (which was a pain as the post office is closed by the time I get home from work).
I also registered for the same $50 electrical promo - I'm sure it will arrive sooner or later. Amex seem pretty legit about attracting more customers or usage of existing cards - would be bad reputation if they dragged their heels for ever.
