  • can we connect bose speaker to this?

    • +1

You can connect it to any Bluetooth device. I hooked a mini up to Edifier speakers. However, it annoyingly doesn't automatically. connect. When the speaker has been off, you have to tell Google "connect Bluetooth" and wait for a while.

    • If you're going to connect a different speaker there are better choices.

  • Hmm hmm hmm hmm

I have one is these, and I know it's supposed to be better than the mini - yet I find the mini to be better.
Though maybe my mini being a year newer had some hardware changes over the original.

Anyone found the mini to be far more responsive than this guy? The mini in my bedroom often triggers after this one doesn't hear me from the room I'm in

    • Mini sounds worse, doesn't pick my voice up from as far, and misses out in the touch controls. I think they are all trash though, the amount of times I have to yell "okay Google, stop" to stop an alarm.

      • You can just say "Stop" for alarms/timers now

        • 2 less words to repeat over and over. Thanks mate!

      • Mini sounds worse, but it seems to pick me up really well, better than my original.

Maybe you need to voice train it better. I find it quite reliable, except for the word pool.

        • My phone picks it up 100% of the time while in my pocket or lying around the house over the unreliable home products.
