I think you got your > greater and < less than signs confused
because you have named things under $15 unless you are buying multiple and if thats the case people can name multiples of anything to be over $15
maybe OP is used to traditional chinese, arabic, hebrew etc. and going right to left…?
Upsize pretty much any kfc meal.and you'll be over $15 I think. If not, add a dinner roll.

I have already mentioned elsewhere, the Crown $15 and $7.50 meals. Good value, IMO.
Also, Nelayan - Indonesian, casual dining. Rice and 3 selections (dishes like beef rendang, fried chicken and other Indonesian dishes) will cost around $12.50. There is also free help-yourself warm water or Chinese tea. Not exceptional, but for the price, quite OK.
Why greater than $15? That leaves you open to some pretty fancy establishments, I'm sure.
