Does Boost have data only or 2nd Sim data sharing? For example, a SIM for my phone and a 2nd Sim for my iPad, with the iPad SIM either sharing data allowance with my phone or having it's own seperate data allowance?

I know it's not the answer to your question, but ( as you might be aware ) I know OPTUS has this option.
I would be interested in other providers offering this possibility.
Telstra business plans also offers data sharing sims, but not Telstra personal plans.
