Price wise hard to beat pennytel. MNF customer service is good (atleast you get someone to speak with)
Pennytel always seem to be the cheapest.
But I do find their service quality is not great, I would only switch if you wanted a higher quality service for a higher price.

You can get a $5 PM plan with Mynetfone using the whirlpool access
Calls are limited to 60 pm with 10c per call (untimed) after that. calls to mobiles are not free, so it just depends on your usage patterns. 20 free SMS - 10c after that
Free Calls to 20 countries and anywhere in Oz Calls to mobiles = 12c pm

Keep in mind except for mobiles costs the saved $13 gives you 130 calls at 10c which equals 4 calls a day.
Again if you are a high user then Pennytel probably better. Just need to understand your usage patterns
With MNF you also get an incoming DID (regular telephone number) - Does Pennytel give you that?
