Very High Ping with TPG, Dynamic IP

I just signed up with them and noticed certain ips have constant high ping (5000+). Only half of ips had low pings. what is the cause of this? Why do they keep changing ips? I'm paying $70 a month, thought they would be better than the cheaper $60 options. The high ping makes games completely unplayable. and the ips change every FEW HOURS, not even a daily thing. Is there a law that allows me to break contract due to very poor service?

  Sounds like a faulty router. I'm with TPG and IP has changed 5 times in the last 30 days according to noip.

    are u getting constant high ping (2000+) on half of ips?

  I'm with TPG (HFC) as well, and the pings aren't great, but nothing like 2000+, and IP changes once every 2 weeks or so.
