I find everytime I need to phone Woolworths mobile there is a very long wait to get through, as though they are only running on skeleton staff…. all the time.
I have just been on hold for ages, until 7pm came around, and the call was disconnected. I love how their customer support line works - just cut the customer off without any explanation when the 7pm deadline comes around.
Anyhow, how does one check for outages on the Woolworths network when the Woolworths mobile customer support team are not available?
Once called Qantas to discuss a flight, computer said hold time was over 3 hours, hung up. Big companies are just taking us for a ride these days.
