i didn't see those 2 hours ago, but i saw those at the coles inside the station,i didn't buy any , it doesn't look that "jumbo" to me.
doesnt look fresh. you pay for freshness and this doesnt look fresh at all.
But they're frozen thawed, you can still see the ice on them
If they are still frozen they should be fine.
But I have bought half price "fresh" seafood specials like this from supermarkets on a few occasions. On two occasions in the last year, on getting them home and opening the wrapping, found the smell offensive, so did not risk eating them. Refunds are no problem but you then need to think of something else for dinner and make a trip back to return them.
I will still buy such specials but now ask the staff if they smell fine, and then ask to smell them myself.

They don't look black to me.
Australian grown sounds so wrong for seafood. Probably grown in a tank in the desert. Fair enough I guess.
