About Code Vein - Deluxe Edition
In the face of certain death, we rise.
In the not too distant future, a mysterious disaster has brought collapse to the world as we know it. Towering skyscrapers, once symbols of prosperity, are now lifeless graves of humanity’s past pierced by the Thorns of Judgment.
At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. This final stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost, fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity. Wandering aimlessly in search of blood, the Lost will stop at nothing to satisfy their hunger.
Team up and embark on a journey to the ends of hell to unlock your past and escape your living nightmare in CODE VEIN

  • Anyone played this yet? How'd you like it?

I'm towards the end of it after 22 hours and so far I'm enjoying it a lot. The story and voice acting are pretty bad so I started skipping the cutscenes about five hours in.
You start with three 'classes' you can swap between at any time and unlock another 20 or so, once you use each class enough you can unlock their skills for other classes (providing the class meets the stat requirements) so there's tons of room for experimentation.
Basically it's another Dark Souls clone so if you like those you'll like this.

      • I watched some gameplay and the movement seems extremely rigid compared to dark souls.

        • It's been a long time since I played them but it feels just like Dark Souls to me

Cheaper at indiegala, and is an official reseller of the game (~75aud), standard version is also available there as well for ~60aud as well.

  • did they remove the 5% off from their facebook page? They still promote it on their website
