Many of the reconditioned phones / computer and electronics are not sold by Amazon. Most do not qualify for Prime shipping because the stock isn't held at Amazon warehouses.

Before you buy, it might be worth checking to see if they are listed for cheaper on eBay, or even on their respective vendor sites.
Australian computer traders for example will list identical products on Amazon / eBay, but they are often cheaper on eBay due to coupons / gift cards that you can use.
