How to Hang Phone on Front Seat When Flying

I'm looking for a cheapo device that I can use to suspend my phone on the seat in front of me so I can watch it at eye-height without having to hold it up during a long flight.

Was looking at something like this but it may not have anything to hang on to on the seat in front.

    Suction cup with gooseneck mount, so you can attach it onto a non-porous surface like the inflight entertainment display? Google Cardboard / Daydream / Gear VR headset?

    I think every plane I've flown on in the past few years has this tight band around the head part, so if you have one of those flip case you just stick it through the band. I think its typically strong enough to hold an ipad. Probably good idea to have something else just incase, but definitely likely easiest way to go.
