Any recommendations for a sub for these things?
The description makes it sound awesome - anybody have any first hand experience with this sound bar?
Picked this up earlier in the year for around $180. Got it hooked up to my Hisense 55P7. Overall very pleased with it and it definitely sounds better than the stock internals on my telly. Make sure you update the firmware on the soundbar to v5.00 which greatly improves the stability of the HDMI ARC connection. I’ve had moments where the soundbar/TV lose the arc connection at the start but updating the software on the telly and the soundbar now comes to 99% connection stability.

If you equalise it right, than it’s great for the price. I’ve had moments where a flick on Netflix causes the bass to thump a bit too much but I haven’t played around on the app as much to tweak it.

For soundbar at this price, it has to be one of the best if not the best. Base is good enough for normal TV watching, if you want extra base for movies, then you can add a Sub to it. I didn't have to add a sub to mine and I don't need too much base. You can use it as your Bluetooth speak for the lounge and its very good too, save you some $ for a desperate JBL BT speaker. use the money to buy a sub. I have a spare (Monitor Audio) sub to good home for a very small price. PM me.

I wonder if these will come down any lower? Haven't seen anything at the $150 pickup/delivered without premium subscriptions for a little while now.
