May I ask how is the picture quality? I believe this is equivalent to a Qled series 6
cheapest price yet at Harvey Norman
So it can be even cheaper?
The cheapest and best deal I seen in this range but older model is this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/423961 which I never seen since. Been waiting for this unit to drop further in price.
I think by Christmas we might see some more price dropsSamsung program (corporate deals or education program) only reduce prices dramatically when stock levels are almost gone. Sadly no longer a student :(
bezel 0.5mm bigger than previous years model in a TV
consumers: "WOAH this bezel is so fat and ugly compared to last years sleek bezel"
Samsung releases The Frame which is essentially a TV with a yuge bezel
"take my money!!"
I doubt this appeals to many people, but that's the smart part - it's unique, and some people like it.
This doesn't have to look like a tv when you're not using it, some people like that.
Edit: it's actually kinda cool. Changeable frame, art mode, cabling.
Come with 3 months subscription for The Frame Art Store. After which you'll have to pay. Can't find anywhere how much.
Go with OLED.
I own both QLED and OLED.
QLEDs are much behind OLEDs in terms of blacks and richness of colors.
It was about $2990 in stores a few weeks ago when we bought one - so compare to that more than the RRP of $3799.
