I made 5 hotel bookings with Agoda through cash rewards and only 2 tracked successfully. I sent in claims for the other three and these have been declined by Agoda for the following reasons:
Opened other web pages,
Clicking banner or ad,
Antivirus or
Coupon Code.
Has anyone had the same problems and found a solution, I cannot find a number to speak to anyone at cash rewards.
I have two that tracked. The first has since been rejected (not sure why) and the second I am still waiting on. It does say 95 days from travel completion (any day now) so I am just hoping it doesn’t reject too.
It would be great if when it tracks, and later gets rejected, that a notification is sent to let us know why.
I do know that cash rewards want them to track properly, they want us to get paid because it then means that they are getting paid.
