Is this usual for Toby Deals AU

Hi all,

Just got this email from Toby Deals:

Thank you for shopping with TobyDeals.

Please be informed that your parcel has been picked up by courier and left our warehouse.

However, please note that courier could not provide us the tracking number yet at the moment until they have your parcel to be process at their facility or hub.

Rest assured that once we receive the tracking number of your parcel from courier, we will send you another "Dispatched" email with tracking number inside for your reference.

In some occasions, it is normal that it may take up 48 – 72 working hours for respective courier to update the parcel’s first status in the tracking link.

If you would like to have further assistance, please contact our customer service support at [email protected]

Is this standard practise when ordering from these guys? I understand they have a rep here.

    My last order from them had that as the first email.

    Second email was Order is Being Packed and Getting Ready to Leave our Warehouse (same day as first email)

    Third email was Order has been Dispatched and On its Way to You (next day). This email contained the tracking number.

    I think it took another 2-3 days on the Toll website before that number appeared to show information.

  • my order took them about 10 days to post it, and about 2 days for it to arrive.

    Which courier company do they use to ship to Australia?
