That's a pretty great price when it doesn't need a trade in.
A wild thought but this catalogue goes live October 3 and on October 2 (US time) Microsoft is holding a Surface Event which Nadella (CEO) is attending.
Whilst it's a different product line, it very much could be a price drop during the event.

The console pic is the Xbox one x I’m pretty sure, with the controller on the side like that, so it can’t be for a one s bundle. Must be pride error. Or Maybe MS are dropping the price of the X soon, the Xbox two comes out next year.

EDIT: Although, is there a One X bundle with these games included? If not it technically won't be the "same product".
EDIT2: Is this a JB bundle which includes 3 separate products? Or a normal Xbox bundle? In the case it's separate products, edit 1 doesn't apply.

Keyword: Deliberately. If it's a mistake, then they just issue a correction apology notice.
They just need to issue a correction and publicise it. Generally this is on a piece of paper alongside the catalogue. Then they're off the hook legally.

Fifa 20 is physical, and literally was released Friday. Retailing for $68 at cheapest. 2K just dropped as well and you could probably sell for $40. You could easily sell these very quickly for $100-110.
That means a 1TB Xbox one S for $219-229 is pretty good. Find me a better deal currently

I like my x a lot, 4k seems to make a huge difference.
It's the only console I've felt isn't underpowered this gen and I've owned them all. CPU side is a little slow but the GPU makes up for it with proper optimisation.
Cue the ACCC complaint / legal action / entitled persons /price matching comments in 3,2,1…

This is the price it should be, would consider upgrading from S at this price but not at the normal $500+ price when a new console will be out within a year.
