I recently bought the exact same dishwasher recommended by iampoor above for my IP too (for the same reasons given by iampoor). I found the cheapest price to be on ebay. Don't forget discount codes and cash back through shopback app (which is 10% today):

Thanks for the suggestions, ended up scoring a Bellini SS dishwasher for $364. 3 year warranty and my reasoning for buying it is the sheer ubiquity of Bunnings everywhere, so parts and warranty claims should be easier. I guess at this price point it will prob last 5 years Max
Beko was a much better option at that price point with a 5 year warranty.

Have this in my IP - when I did the research this seemed to be a fuss free model that cleaned dishes well.
No complaints so far from the tenants so guessing it is going well.
