I think this is a scam.

The site looked suspicious as it wasn't pointing to any official looking domain. So I looked up the LTPS/18/29579 number listed in the T&Cs at https://www.onegov.nsw.gov.au/New/categories/promotion-lotte… and it came up as expired 14/02/2019

  It does look quite scammy,
  The WhoIs info on the domain is using an anonymizing service to hide who registered it.
  (I use the same, but I don't host competitions)
  
  It did however used to be a domain associated with competitions, according to this post from 2015: https://www.shortstack.com/blog/announcement-publish-your-ca…
  And there have been a few deals here this year from the same domain: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/competition/pgtb.me
  
  Either way, I still gave them an alias email address.

Thanks gnv9 I won this but I only received 1 block instead of the 2.

Btw it tastes yummy like a top deck chocolate with Turkish delight, but without the taste of the rose water you traditionally get with Turkish delight.
