Why is it that App Store is SOOoooo absolutely and utterly useless?
There seems to be no way of actually "opening it" on the computer, or searching.
Yes, I suppose I could open iTunes on the computer (aghhh), but why isn't there a link to the App Store that I can open and look at?
I HATE iTunes… why should I have to open it just to view online content that is already there?
EDIT - Just found this in my bookmarks http://www.uquery.com/ (search engine). Why couldn't Apple have done something as simple as that?
OK - off the look at the Apps now.
Apps looks crappy but what the hell, it's free!
Enigmo looks like it has potential, but not so sure about the others.
Apps are now $1.19, not many that are wort it now, got Cro-mag for free, looks ok.
Expired.
Apparantly they are normally $3-$4 so not expired. Just not a deal if not free.
To celebrate the third anniversary of Apple’s App Store this week Pangea Software is making all of its iOS games free to anyone who wants them for one day only — today, from 8am to 8pm CST.
After 8pm they will go up to 99 cents each, which is still a deal when you consider that Pangea’s iOS games are regularly $3-4 a pop. The sale includes Enigmo, Enigmo 2, Enigmo Deluxe, Billy Frontier, Bugdom 2, Cro-Mag Rally, Antimatter, Warheads, Nanosaur 2, Otto Matic and Quarters.
The games can be found on the App Store, so be sure to grab them before 8pm CST today.
