In May I purchased one of those "8 1Gb renewals for $10" deals. I redeemed it, followed the steps, but have only just recently learned that "something went wrong" and I've been billed $10 per month.
Amaysim are asking for the code, which I can't access as it has expired on the Groupon website.
Anyone have any experience with this, and know the best way to get Amaysim to honour the deal?
It was a while ago, so whilst I don't recall the exact steps I took, I do recall following them carefully.
I believe the voucher codes are unique to each person.
You should be able to see your voucher code (even if it has expired) by going to:
https://www.groupon.com.au/mystuff
Select expired in the pull down list & then view the appropriate voucher.
